Fuzzyred's Marvelous Reading Nook

I meant to post earlier, but I totally got distracted. This week has largely been okay. I ended up buying a new car, which I can collect on Saturday. I'm not thrilled it was necessary, but I am lucky enough to be able to afford it, so it could be worse. It will also be nice to stop sharing a car with my sister, though I am grateful she was willing to do that, as I didn't need to get a rental car.

I've done well with my daily goals, though I haven't made it out to the gym lately. I'm planning on rectifying that as soon as I have my own vehicle again though. I'd also like to try to finish my first sock this weekend, but it might not happen since I have 40 rounds or so still left. I have made good progress this month, so I am pleased with that.

On Tuesday, I took the day off work and did an early Valentine's day dinner with my new ... person. It was a great time, and we had a really good conversation after, even if it did get a little deeper than I planned on given what day it was. I have lunch with my good friend tomorrow, and then a fun night planned Saturday with a group of friends, so I'm looking forward to that.
