Rotating projects is good. I'm glad you were able to figure out the way that works best for you. I do occasionally have more than one thing on the go, but I find I have to be careful about how many and what kinds, or else something will get sidelined for a very long time.
I have not read about those before. I'll have to take a look; it sounds like an interesting way to approach writing a story.
