So far, it's a lot less scary than I made it out to be, and I'm having fun with the challenges.

I think that list made me sound more active than I am 😆 Mostly all I do right now is skipping for cardio, though I do try to get around to the other physical interests at least occassionally when the weather is right.

Lol, I can relate to that feeling, although some of it may also be that cooking for just one kind of bites. Either too many leftovers or you have to cook pretty much every day.
